Hakvoort and Nobel Capital Partners enter into strategic partnership for further European growth

Hakvoort and Nobel Capital Partners are entering into a strategic partnership aimed at the further growth and development of Hakvoort Professional and Combisteel. Through this collaboration, they aim to strengthen the company's national and international position and respond to the increasing demand for professional kitchen solutions in Europe.

Strengthening an established player

Hakvoort Professional has been active in the professional kitchen industry for decades and has built a strong position in sectors including hospitality, corporate catering, and healthcare. The company distinguishes itself through its technical expertise, custom solutions, and service. Combisteel supplies a wide range of professional retail and kitchen equipment to a growing European network of dealers.

Focus on scaling up and further professionalization

With the arrival of Nobel Capital Partners, a new phase begins for Hakvoort, in which further growth takes center stage. The strategy focuses on both autonomous expansion and targeted collaborations and acquisitions. Nobel Capital Partners will support Hakvoort Professional and Combisteel in this endeavor with strategic guidance, sector experience, access to an international network, and additional investment capital.

Transport and opening hours during the holidays

The last deliveries of this year will take place in week 52. Due to the holidays there will be different loading and delivery dates that week. Please contact our Sales team for all delivery options.*

UK: 

• If the item is in stock in the UK, the last shipment will take place on 22-12 at 12:00.
• If the product is in stock in the Netherlands, we must receive your order no later than 15-12 at 12:00 to guarantee delivery before the holiday closure.

Ireland:

• The last pick-up 2025 is 11/12 for delivery this year. For this shipment, please send your order no later than 12:00 hours on 11/12. First pick-up 2026 is 05/01. Please send your orders no later than 12:00 hours on 05/01/2025 for this shipment.*

Denmark / Norway / Sweden / Finland / rest of Europe:

• The last pick-up will be on 23/12. Delivery will be in the beginning of January. First pick-up 2026 is 05/01.*

Parcel ready products ordered on 23/12, will be send the same day. The last pick-up 2025 for parcel ready products is Tuesday 30/12. Please send your parcel orders no later than 11:30 hours on 30/12 for this shipment.

Our offices and warehouses will have different opening hours during the holidays.

• Dutch office and warehouse: Dutch office and warehouse:

Rectification notice: Update energy label for model 7455.2405

We hereby issue an official rectification regarding the energy efficiency label previously communicated for model 7455.2405. Following a renewed verification in accordance with EU energy efficiency regulations, we have determined that the product was incorrectly presented with Energy Label B. The correct and verified classification for this model is Energy Label C. We deeply value transparency and accuracy in all product information. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this discrepancy may have caused. All documentation and references on our website have been updated to reflect accurate information.

Price corrections  

We are informing you about an upcoming change in our pricing.

Over the past year, we have endeavoured to maintain stable prices for our valued customers. However, due to rising freight costs from Asia, we will be implementing a price increase affecting approximately 35% of the items in our range.

The new price list will come into effect on Monday, September 2nd, and the current prices will no longer apply from that date. You can request the updated price list from our sales department: [email protected].

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new shipment tracking platform, designed to provide you with complete transparency and real-time updates on all your distribution shipments.

As a valued dealer, you and your customers can now easily access the current status of your shipments, including detailed delivery information such as the signed CMR. To begin using the platform, please visit the following link: Shipment Tracking

You can search for your shipment by using your own reference number specified during ordering or the delivery note number stated on the invoice, in combination with the zip code. We kindly request that you always provide your own reference with your order. If no reference is provided, we will use the customer name of the delivery address.

Example:


 When the shipment reaches the delivery depot, our carrier will contact the delivery address to schedule the delivery, which typically takes 1-5 working days depending on the final destination.

Please note that the information on this portal is real-time and directly provided by our carrier. Our sales and transport departments do not have additional information beyond what is available on the platform, so it is unnecessary to contact them regarding shipment status within the predetermined duration.

Due to the approaching holidays in May we have a few important announcements regarding loading and delivery options:

• Our office and warehouse in the Netherlands will be closed on Thursday 9 May because of Ascension Day and Monday 20 May because of Pentecost.
• Orders confirmed on 8 May will be loaded on 10 May. Orders send on 9 and 10 May will be loaded 13 May. Ireland: Orders confirmed on 8 May before 12:00 will be loaded Friday 10 May.
• Orders confirmed on 17 May will be loaded on 21 May. Orders send on 20 and 21 May will be loaded on 22 May.
